Re: Installing Debian/GNU Linux on Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20

I think I've seen the same problem when trying to install wheezy directly. As wheezy is currently still in development, there might be some bugs in the install routines. Maybe you should use squeeze for the install and if you really want to use wheezy, change the sources.list to wheezy and run "apt-get dist-upgrade". This procedure will obviously take a long time.

Re: Installing Debian/GNU Linux on Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20

ill try to install squeeze and get this

Re: Installing Debian/GNU Linux on Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20

I just tested the script from our Debian howto for both the Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20 and for both it's working as expected (I just replaced lenny with squeeze).

When exactly did you mount and umount the SD card? Have you even cleanly unmounted the SD card?

On additional thing although I'm skeptical that this could really be the problem: As I see a parsing error of the script on your computer, /bin/sh seems to not be link to bash but perhaps dash. Please try to change the script to explicitly use bash or just call bash with this script as a parameter.

Re: Installing Debian/GNU Linux on Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20

Changed the script to usen bash , parse error is gone now, ik use the exactly method as described in the how to, but still the same ??? This is the last part of my bootstrap file,

Re: Installing Debian/GNU Linux on Stamp9G20 and PortuxG20

The downloads get corrupted, so it seems you have some kind of hardware problem (either the SD card or your network equipment).
